💖 My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re so sorry that happened! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll happily replace or refund your order.
🛍️ Do you accept returns?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-personalized items that are unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that custom items, earrings, and sale items are not eligible for return.
✨ Do you make custom or personalized jewelry?
Yes! Many of our pieces can be personalized with names, initials, or short messages. Simply include your customization details in the notes at checkout. Please double-check spelling before submitting your order.
💌 How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Personalized or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer (usually 3–7 business days). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
