At Everly Keepsake, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each piece is created with care and attention to detail, and we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🌸 Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Please contact us at everlykeepsake@gmail.com before sending any items back so that we may assist you with the return process. 

Please note: Because many of our pieces are made-to-order or personalized, we cannot accept returns on customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

💖 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly replace or refund the item — simply provide a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

📦 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

✨ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Personalized or custom pieces

  • Earrings

  • Sale or clearance items
